Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• The balance amount is payable at the time of check-in unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellation & Early Departure

• If a confirmed booking is cancelled before arrival or the stay is shortened after check-in, 50% of the charges for the unused booked nights will be payable as a cancellation fee.
• In case of a no-show, the advance amount will be non-refundable.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 12:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification

• Every adult guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
• Foreign nationals are required to present a valid passport and visa.

Dormitory Etiquette

• Please respect fellow travellers by maintaining silence during designated quiet hours.
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest. Deodar Commune is not liable for any loss or damage.
• Keep shared spaces clean and treat the property with care.
• Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of others.

Visitors

• Outside visitors are not permitted inside dormitories or guest rooms unless approved by the management.

Smoking, Alcohol & Drugs

• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• Illegal drugs and any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
• Responsible consumption of alcohol is expected. Management reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone causing disturbance or behaving inappropriately.

Damages

• Any damage to the property, furniture, furnishings, or equipment caused by a guest will be charged accordingly.

Safety

• Guests are requested to secure their valuables and lock dorm lockers where provided.
• Please switch off lights, fans, heaters, and other electrical appliances when leaving your room.

Right to Refuse Service

• Deodar Commune reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund in cases of abusive, violent, illegal, or disruptive behaviour that affects other guests or the property.

Respect for Nature

• We encourage mindful travel. Please conserve water, avoid littering, and help us preserve the natural surroundings that make Deodar Commune special.
